Understand plan access

FretTrack uses Trial, Shop, and Pro access to control which shop workflows and upgraded tools are available.

Plan basics

  • Trial is temporary evaluation access.
  • Shop covers the paid core repair workflow.
  • Pro adds upgraded tools such as Advanced Reporting, Team Members, and Photo Editor where available.
  • Expired access preserves shop data but may block writes and paid features.

Where to view status

Use the Billing or Shop Settings plan area to review current plan, billing interval, status, trial end, renewal or access end date, countdown, and locked premium features.

Who can manage billing

Billing and subscription controls should be limited to the shop owner or approved account manager. Technicians and viewers should not manage billing.

When access expires

Expired trial or subscription states should preserve customers, jobs, photos, inventory, and staff records. The app may allow safe viewing while blocking new writes until access is restored.
