How do I request beta access?

Use the beta application form on frettrack-app.com. After applying, check your inbox and spam or junk folder for confirmation and approval messages.

Why can I see data but not edit it?

Your role may be viewer, your trial or subscription access may be expired, or the feature may require a higher shop plan.

Do photos stay attached to jobs?

Saved photos are tied to job records and should reopen from durable storage. Temporary local previews should not be treated as saved photos until the upload completes.

Can I use FretTrack on an older iPad?

Older iPads can be useful for light shop-floor work, but current browsers and supported operating systems are recommended for the best security and reliability.

Does FretTrack buy shipping labels?

No. FretTrack stores manual tracking, custody, label-reference, and shipping notes. Shops should buy labels through their carrier or shipping tools.
