How do I create a FretTrack account?

Select Start Free Trial on frettrack-app.com, create your account, and confirm your email. You can then create your shop and begin the 14-day Pro trial immediately.

Why can I see data but not edit it?

Your role may be viewer, your trial or subscription access may be expired, or the feature may require a higher shop plan.

Do photos stay attached to jobs?

Saved photos are tied to job records and should reopen from durable storage. Temporary local previews should not be treated as saved photos until the upload completes.

Can I use FretTrack on an older iPad?

Older iPads can be useful for light shop-floor work, but current browsers and supported operating systems are recommended for the best security and reliability.

Does FretTrack buy shipping labels?

No. FretTrack stores manual tracking, custody, label-reference, and shipping notes. Shops should buy labels through their carrier or shipping tools.

Why did the FretTrack uptime reset?

The uptime clock restarts when Supabase or Cloudflare reports that an incident involving a service monitored by FretTrack has been resolved. A reset does not necessarily mean FretTrack restarted, was redeployed, or was unavailable to your shop. Provider incidents may be global, regional, or limited to some customers, so the clock is a conservative shared-infrastructure recovery indicator rather than a formal measurement of FretTrack availability.
