Reports help eligible shops track estimates, jobs, inventory activity, purchase orders, work logs, scheduling, and operational workload from one dashboard.

Current report areas

  • Shop overview and baseline metrics.
  • Jobs by status, priority, promise date, pickup readiness, waiting-on-parts, and aging.
  • Recent work-log activity.
  • Low-stock inventory and desired stock needs.
  • Purchase order status and landed-cost purchase history.
  • Upcoming schedule workload.

Access

Advanced Reporting is available to Pro or Trial Pro shops. If reports are locked, check the shop plan, trial status, and your role.

Print and CSV

Use Print Reports for paper output or browser Save as PDF. Report sections with tables can export CSV files, and larger sections use row limits so the browser stays responsive.

Reading reports

Reports are only as complete as the data entered into jobs, inventory, purchase orders, work logs, and scheduling. Use consistent job statuses, promise dates, stock levels, and work logs for better reporting.
