Troubleshooting

Fix common problems

Start with the simple checks below. If the issue continues, send support the page, device, browser, role, and steps to reproduce.

Login or shop access

  • Confirm you are using your verified account email, or the exact email address invited to the shop.
  • Check your email verification status.
  • If FretTrack says the workspace was created but its profile did not load, use Retry Workspace Load instead of creating the shop again.
  • Try a hard refresh or sign out and back in.
  • Check whether browser privacy settings are blocking sign-in.
  • Try another browser or network if a managed browser blocks access.

Saving or editing

  • Check required fields.
  • Confirm your internet connection.
  • Confirm your trial or subscription access is active.
  • Confirm your role can write to that area.
  • Look for unsaved-changes warnings before leaving a page.

Photos

If photos do not load, refresh the page, check your connection, and confirm the upload completed. If the same saved photo is missing on multiple devices, report the job number and image details to support.

Inventory or receiving

If stock did not change, confirm the part was selected from inventory, the receive action completed, and the quantity was valid. For packs or boxes, check the saved Units per Purchase Unit conversion. Manual job parts may not affect stock. After a successful direct receive, adjustment, or PO receipt, the open part editor should show the saved quantity and keep it when other part details are saved.

Uptime clock reset

FretTrack calculates the displayed uptime from the latest resolved incident involving monitored Supabase or Cloudflare services. The clock may reset after a provider-wide or regional incident even when your shop did not experience an interruption. This does not by itself indicate that FretTrack restarted or became unstable. Use the Supabase and Cloudflare links in the app banner to review current provider status and incident history.

Report the issue

Use the in-app Report Issue button when available, or email support@frettrack-app.com. Include screenshots or a short recording when it helps explain the problem.
